  • Verify cooling performance, temperature drop and determine if adjustments are necessary.
    Cooling performance verified.

  • Clean outdoor condenser coil and remove debris from unit.

    Carbon monoxide is a dangerous odorless gas.
    Tests are performed to determine if any level of carbon monoxide being released from the system. This airborne contaminant can have deadly results.
  • Clean burners and adjust for maximum efficiency.
