We recently had a new furnace installed in our home in Centerville and I wanted to let you know that Joe T did a exceptional job. He was here for over 10 hours that day, taking out the old furnace and installing the new one. It was like watching an artist at work as he planned out how he would set the furnace and filter box, connect to the existing duct work and electric and route the drain, exhaust and new propane line. When he was finished, the installation looked like it was planned to be there all along. He answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of information that I didn't think to ask. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself and left no evidence of his working there all day.
The propane company could not set the propane tank until a week later and Joe showed up twice that day to make sure everything was right and to fire up the furnace. He waited patently as the men from the propane company explained to me about the tank and went through all of the safety items that are required by law. When they left, I asked Joe "Is there something you need from me?" And he replied, "No, I just wanted to make sure you are completely satisfied with everything." What excellent customer service!!
We chose Airtron for our new furnace because of the way Mike treated us throughout the bid process. I had no idea if the company would be there for us after the sale, but if the service we received for the installation is any indication of what our business relationship will be like, I feel confident that we will be doing business for a very long time.

Mike came out on a snowy and slippery Sunday afternoon. He took a lot of time with us explaining all the alternatives. We discuss the low price models (same as the competitive bid with the free furnaces) but walked us through the efficiency ratings and potential government stimulus rebates. Once John and Jason arrived they were on time and were always very neat and clean. They picked up and swept the basement area and showed concern, making sure no dirt or mud came into our house. I wanted to take a minute to provide some feedback for a couple employees that I have had interaction with recently. As you know, I had to have a complete install done at my house. Mike Housh was the first to come out – he was prompt, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. For the install, your two employees Jason Thompson and Jonathan Thompson were tasked with tear out and installing a new system.
I find myself a hard person to “impress”, however, the crew that was sent over to install truly impressed me with everything from the demeanor that they conveyed to the meticulous work that was performed.
